Integration Monitoring (BizWatch)

Bizwatch enables to track and manage business and technical activities belong to the integrations. Also the adjustments of integrations developed by BizFrame are made with this tool.

It provides the below functions that enables to perform the BizTalk servers’ monitoring and maintenance operations externally, not with server connection:

• Biztalk Server Service Instance monitoring system provides this services;
  • Host Instance monitoring, error reporting and prevention,
  • Service Instance monitoring, error reporting and prevention,
  • Send port monitoring, error reporting and prevention,
  • Receive port monitoring, error reporting and prevention,

• There is a management service that backs up the log and performs compression.
  • A service that backs up the in and out files of integration and performs compression,
  • Defining the periods of back up based on integration. Deleting files older than specific date,
  • Restoring the archived back up files on demand,

• The versions of integration DLL’s on last GAC can be monitored.

• Performing the controls of disk capacities of BizTalk server
  • Warning system that will run according to the predefined level (SMS or E-mail supported),
  • If case is happened in night, running the back up mechanism automatically according to the criticality,

• Adjustment of integrations runs time dependent.
• Controlling of the time independent orchestrations if they are active or not and activate the warning system .
• Reporting on the basis of any detail via interfaces developed to monitor the integrations. If required, customers can take action.
  • Generating the integration’s screen parameters (take-off system, integration code, search codes basis on required details,etc)
  • Track and reprocess the incorrect integrations ,
  • If incorrect integration is automatically run, the information of what number it run,
  • Manuel performing of the integrations within the knowledge of authorized person (via dealing the file again)
